Uber eats *****s your food, its a ****!

Uber eats is the worst food delivery service on the planet. They literally ***** your food, then you cant even call anyone to explain what has happened. Instead all they do is tell you to text their AI bot, which will not help you at all. I don't understand how they think its a good idea to have an AI bot dealing with customers. AI is programmed to respond to prompts you idiots. Even if the driver is wrong... if the AI is detecting that the delivery was complete by the driver, it will say your order was delivered even if it wasn't. That means a driver can simply park around the corner and claim they called you and you didn't answer, then they leave with your food, never to be seen again. I mean, its my food, I ordered and paid for it... What gives their drivers the right to leave with my food!? Then they don't hold the drivers accountable in any way, and refuse to give you a refund. On top of that everything you order on uber is marked up by like R 100.... Uber eats is nothing more than a **** service. I think uber should just stick to giving people rides. Uber eats is giving them a bad name. They are now the most unreliable delivery service on earth because of these stupid rules they have. Even uber rides will suffer because of this. I know they don't care about customer complaints, so don't complain to them. Just spread the word about how bad they are, and don't use them anymore. They will learn when the business is no longer making profit and all their drivers no longer get delivery requests. You cant treat customers like this. You ***** our food in broad daylight and expect us to continue using your service !? I bet its a Bot in charge of the company too, because only a bot would be dumb enough to think AI bots can handle customer service queries. Here is the worst part, they have store support, and the stores can actually call them to get assistance, meanwhile there is nothing you as a customer can do, because there is no customer care at all! I hope Uber gets banned from South Africa and a new delivery company rises up. Ive already deleted the uber app on my phone. From now on Im strictly using Mr D and Bolt. Uber don't deserve my money, and we as South Africans deserve better than Uber.
