UBER EATS *****S FROM CUSTOMERS & NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT- Food not delivered &

Food order was never delivered - driver indicated food was delivered and he waited more than 8 minutes for us to come out and he called, none of that is true. Tried calling him 12 times and each time he declined my call. Logged a complaint with uber eats support and they are taking the drivers word that food was delivered. Driver said he delivered the food and took a pic of the house - i have still not received proof or pic he claimed he took. Each time i request assistance from uber eats on their app i get a standard message "NO RESPONSE NEEDED" according to them the matter is closed. I didnt get a refund or any food!! There is also not contact number for us to speak to anyone. *****ing from people when we trust business to deliver a service. I would not recommend them to anyone!
