Uber Eats - ****s

I ordered a family meal via Uber Eats, and while the funds were deducted from my account, my order never arrived. I’ve tried multiple times to contact Uber Eats, but their support system is a nightmare. The only option is messaging through the app, where you speak to a bot that responds with automated messages and closes the issue without resolving anything. I’ve logged 14 calls via the app, all marked as ‘resolved’ despite no actual solution.

There’s no proper number to call, only a business contact number where they lie about escalating the issue or transferring you to another department—then drop the call. I’ve called 5 times with no success. In the app, they even sent a photo of the food “delivered” outside a house that isn’t mine. The driver’s number remains engaged and is flagged as spam on Truecaller, with numerous complaints from others who’ve had the same issue.

To date, I’ve received neither my food nor a refund. This is unacceptable, and Uber Eats needs to address their poor service
