uber eats *******s

I was browsing through the Uber Eats app and mistakenly pressed the order button, the amount was R530 was deducted from my bank account and I was charged a R510 cancellation fee and no refund yet i cancelled within seconds of ordering. And we are struggling to contact anyone to resolve this. This is pathetic service. Taking people's money and no way to contact them! Never using this again!
