Uber eats robbing clients

I just got ****** for the second time by uber eats. I ordered food from rack shack worth R510 and the order did not make it. I was tracking the driver, the food was supposed to get here 45 minutes but the driver never delivered but closed the order as delivered. Then I contacted the customer service and they say they won’t refund just like that. Money down the drain and I can’t accept that
