Uber Eats rips you off

DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY BUSINESS. They appear to have changed their refund policy. I had an order which never arrived according to the security staff downstairs. The agreement was that the driver meet me at security. He apparently tried to call me; i called back in 2 minutes. No response. According to Uber, this means that hes followed their policy, and I can do nothing to get my money back.They also charge a massive surcharge on each item ordered.

I have never had a problem with MrDel;ivery
