Uber eats ripped me off with their bully driver

Ordered wings from chicken licken via the app. The driver entered our estate but did not come to my house to deliver. I contacted him and he said he’s around the corner but that was not true. Security say he was rude and just left with my food. When I contacted the app, they blantantly saying there is nothing they can do😤 shouldn’t the driver have taken the food back to the store then? I called him and he hung up on me. So I bought him dinner?? Utter bull****.. I want my refund or my wings, simple. Uber eats should have accountability for these rude ******* they employ as drivers. We didn’t eat simply because someone failed to complete their task!!!!
