Uber eats Ripoff

I recently ordered a meal from Macdonalds in Bellville belgravia street through uber eats.When my meal came I found that there there was a full medium macmeal missing.I did complain on their website but no one has contacted me as yet and it has been 2 weeks now.This is very bad service and I will not use their service's again.I have been using Mr delivery and the service is great.
