Uber Eats repeatedly sending invalid promo codes

Very bad experience lately from uber eats, on 2 occasions I have received promo codes then she I try to order it says I am not eligible for the promo??? What makes it worse there is no number to call in such cases all one can do is reply the email or log the issue in the app, both of which don't even get a response! :(
