Uber eats refusing to refund my money for orders not delivered.

did place on order online for chicken licken Mall of Africa yesterday. The order never arrived and i called the restaurant, they did say that the order was givem to the driver and the driver cancelled by a driver called justify.Then the app showed me that the next driver was Wellington. I have been calling uber eats for help and they responded to me saying that i cancelled the order of which in turn they are the ones who did. Now i want a refund of my money, An amout of about R223 waa deducted.

I need my refund, on call, the agents are so rude and not helping at all. The only thing that they tell me is that hold on, we will get back to you, they make me hold on for 10min.
