Uber eats REFUSES TO REFUND ME

I ordered Nandos on the 6th of January 2025 in the afternoon and my order never arrived. The driver was on a street before mine and after 5 minutes he said he was at my address and I didn’t come out meanwhile I stood outside waiting for him to arrive and it was raining I stood outside only for him to leave with my food and when I sent a message to support they told me that the driver came and I didn’t come out. Uber eats has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will never ever use their services again ever. I asked for a refund they REFUSED. Bad business running it like a tuck shop. Trash.
