Uber eats refused to pay my money back

I mistakenly bought a meal on kfc via Uber eats and I immediately send an agent message to cancel on my behalf. Instead of helping he took his time and told me that the restaurant is not responding. I asked him to cancel he/she decided to use another delaying router rather than canceling on his side. I called the restaurant myself and I was asked to cancel via Uber eats. After couple of minutes the agent canceled and told me that I will be charged full amount for the meal that I didn't receive. I called the restaurant again and I was told is canceled on their side and there is no way I can get the meal. Now Uber eats is refusing to pay me my money which R240,20.
