Uber Eats refunds 13% of my order

Ok so after my going to Uber Eats and complaining about my order from Bellville Mall Steers I am yet dissapointed in another company .

They came back to me with a mere R 30 refund for my order of R 230, I am absolutey shocked by the service given , they told me they are not able to adjust the refund and I do not believe it.
