Uber eats refund me my money! 2 debits for one order.

I ordered snacks and my bank account was immediately debited. One of the items was unavailable and I had to pick an alternative and this led to a change in price. Instead of debiting the difference, they debited the full amount twice. I’ve tried to resolve this with Uber and they still haven’t come back to me. I want a refund of the first debit. I have no desire to use this service again because they act as though they are resolving the issue and never do. I have them all the details and they are now quiet. This behaviour is dishonest!
