Uber eats refund debited again!

I ordered a meal from Uber Eats. The meal was delivered short and after contacting them they promised to refund the money. They refunded the money then promptly re-debited it again. After contacting them, they said there was nothing that could be done and they were sorry. I was given half a meal and then the money owing was promptly taken back for something I never received.... pathetic and they refuse to help.
