Uber eats refund

I made an order using my app, of 2 large pizza and a Pepsi from Romans pizza in Roodepoort . I was charged R249.00 in total.

When the order arrived the delivery guy only delivered 1 pizza and a Pepsi so 1 pizza was short.

When I phoned the Romans I was told the driver was given complete order and was given Uber eat’s number .

I did phone Uber eats and they hv been sending me from pillar to post asking for pictures of the incomplete order.

They have taken my money for something I did not consume and fails to refund me so dis means I bought 1 pizza for R200 and a Pepsi for R49.

I m done with their app because they failed to fix my issue and refund as they have seen my order I don’t know what proof they needed again.
