Uber eats refer a friend is false

Absolutely devastatee and disgusted with customer service at uber eats... I had referred someone and i qualified for a r100 discount on my next order. But i did not receive it. A week ago i then reported it through the app helpline chat where i explained my issue.. And i was told that the person i refered to did not use my code.. But i told them he did thats how he got r100 of hes order.. They then refused to provide more information and said they closing the case.. I sent numerous messages afterwards asking for an explanation and telling them i have proof.. They ignored me.. I then wmet onto Facebook chat and sent them a message. Their service is even more pathetic, tbey continuously send me the same message as if a robot is behind the platform.. I asked for a supervisor and there name, they refused me.. All in all there service is pathetic absolutely pathetic!!!
