Uber Eats Promo ****!

I was supposed to receive a R75 discount of my order - due the the promotion code (that showed our east active all through our my order) whereby I used my Freind’s invitation code for my FIRST order on the Uber east app … however… when the order finally arrived ( I read the Tcs and Cs and still qualified for the promo( which as I said showed during the WHOLE preparation phase, to be active and “APPLYiED”) , the driver showed me on his app that there was never ANY PROMO APP**** WHATSOEVER!!! - which then lead to me paying THE FULL PRICE OF THE ORDER! LoSING OUT ON MY DISCOUNT! AND STILL TO THIS DAY OWING R15 on the order!!! (Due to the fact that I had TO BORROW MONEY (LIKE AN IDIOT !!) I have Reported the whole incident 3 TIMES via the App , following all the prompts and including ALL REQUESTED INFORMATION/PROOF & PICTURES!!! And STILL NO HELP !!! This is truly disgusting!!
