Uber eats poor sevice

I would give them a zero. I ordered food from Uber eats it never arrived. The driver said he left it on my door step but it was supposed to be delivered at my work as per the address provided. I sent a complaint to Uber support yet they don't want help me. The second message from Uber was the order was canceled but when I called KFC blue hills to confirm if the order was returned they said no. The driver **** and took my order that I had paid and his name is Samuel. I want my money back Uber eats
