Uber Eats poor service delivery

I purchased an order 08 July 2024 and I received the wrong delivery. I immediately contacted then that my order was wrong and I was told that I will get a refund. I still have not received my refund till today. I contacted them today regarding the refund and they told me that they can't refund me back my money
