Uber Eats POOR service Again

As usual, I am so sick off Uber Eats poor service. Its great that there is an online solution but drivers are constantly canceling orders or waiting for more than one order, and then sometimes deliver to someone that ordered after you first. As for Uber Eats platform, they don't grasp the need to understand customer angst regarding their solution. You can complain about the driver, the order etc, but not about the service of Uber Eats, or the lengthy delays.
