Uber eats poor service

This organisation is pathetic and I’ll never order food from Uber eats again. I ordered chicken wings from Cosmo chicken licken and their stupid driver called John didn’t deliver my food. He stole the food and the guy I called to complain that they must give me my money back said 2 to 3 days and still no money is back at my account. I want my money back today. Order
