Uber Eats poor service

I had an horrible experience with them,I paid R208 for the Pizza I had ordered from them,I waited by my gate for it to be delivered, unsuccessfully that didn't happen,moments later i received a message saying order cancelled,I kept on following up with no success, now they say after 48 hrs the is no refund eligible, that time I made so many efforts to immediately after I couldn't get the order,I'm completely shattered with the service they offered me and I would really appreciate to have that Pizza coz I had paid for it,the driver disappointed me as he didn't even make an effort to contact me,of I was going to pay cash I feel he would have made an effort.
