Uber Eats Poor quality and poor service resolution.

Ordered a meal from Burger King, the drink was supposed to be 7 up, it was instead some disgusting tasting bicarb like water. I think the 7 up ran out and they just took the last drips and mixed it with ice, then i try lodge this complaint on the Uber app, but now i need to upload a photo, i take a photo of the cup and it's not accepted by their system.

Uber Eats takes a cut for being the middle man and ensuring good quality and service, in this instance they have failed and i'm making it public.
