Uber Eats Poor Experience

Do not use Uber Eats, it’s supposed to be convenience although my order is taking over an hour for delivery as they cannot find a deliver person. I chose to change to pick up but they say I can’t and should just wait. So I have to wait to see if they will deliver and if they don’t then wait another hour to have dinner as I have to order from someplace else and collect? They are ****mers. You can’t even speak to someone there, everything is automated
