Uber Eats poor customer service

They canceled my order on the 14 June but the money had already deducted from my bank account, after back and forth for a few days the added R200 on the uber wallet. When I try to use the amount it doesn't allow me. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had and I just want my money so I can delete this app and never use anything related to Uber.
