UBER EATS Policies hand out free food to delivery guys!!!

Uber Eats are following a system where their policy robs people from their money. You cannot call your driver back if a call is missed nor can you collect your order if the delivery was missed. The Policy states that if you don't collect in 8 min you driver can leave. WITH YOUR FOOD NOT RETURNING IT TO THE RESTAURANT YOU PLACED IT WITH AKA FREE LUNCH !!!!! Thus with minimalistic efforts from the driver to contact you, they can snap an image and just leave with your food. This is ridiculous in a country where service delivery is op die highest importance.
