Uber eats pmb South Africa *************

Hi, I made an order of two McDonald's meals @ 21:58 Pm and they charged me for the order. Supprisingly I haven't received any food until now and I'm unable to track my order the app just write "sorry we are unavailable" Honestly I don't understand how does this happens cause the transaction has been processed and I want my money back now.
