UBER EATS - PLESSE GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!

I order from Pedros Chicken in Woodmead via Uber Eats on 23 April 2025. he order was cancelled. I logged a ticket as no refund was given. This ticket was resolved by Uber Eats with no refund. I logged 2 more tickets which were closed with the reason that there is a ticket open. Yet still no refund was given.

Is this how Uber Eats makes money? By *****ing from their customers. More than a month has passed with no resolution of my query and no refund of my money. R150 odd may not close Uber eats, but it is my hard earned money.

Please be weary about these ****s.
