UBER EATS PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY BACK PLEASE

sometime last year around Feb I placed an order of food to an amount of 250 if not more the driver did not arrive then I received an email saying the driver said I did not pay yet I took the food an amount of 250 if not more was debited from my account I did not mind I went to the bank to change my card as then I decided to give uber eats a chance I then placed an order again still order did not arrive and it shows that my uber account is owing and in sent a complaint o uber eats they responded to say on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 8:28:57 AM to say I will get my money back and I did not still today .I AM EVEN SCARED TO USE MY UBER EATS ACCOUNT AS IM SCARED SAME THING WILL HAPPEN AND CAN I PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME TO FIX THIS I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE
