Uber Eats Pizza Order from Bank City Johannesburg

Placed a lunch order with Uber Eats and never received it. Status said "Delivered" on the App. We were told we would only receive a refund after 5 days. In the meantime, we have to spend more money for another meal. Can never get hold of their offices as well. Terrible service!
