Uber eats ***** peoples money

I am beyond disgusted with uber eats. I placed an order with wimpy. The order was accepted and the money taken off my account. 5 minutes later the order was cancelled and my money not credited or refunded to me. When I call wimpy they say to contact uber eats as the money was taken by them. The cancelled order does not even show on my order history yet I have an email and sms notification with the time and date from my bank to say the money was taken off my account by uber eats. How do you guys operate like this???? This is just plain *****ing at this point. Please give me my money back. Bunch of *******!!!!
