UBER EATS PATHETIC SERVICES

I have 2 occasion where I have ordered on uber eats things were missing from my order I logged a ticket and no refund or compensation was given to me in regards to the missing food they just take the money and that’s it. People work hard for their stuff and I don’t think it’s quite fair to ignore or not get back to a customer that is absolutely poor service and I have been using this app for years so even their biggest or loyal customers , They have no remorse or anything of that sort.

That is absolutely disgusting I think I will be changing over to another food delivery company.
