Uber Eats pathetic service

I placed an order through Uber Eats for KFC. The driver contacted me and i could not answer the call at the time however, he messaged me to advise that he is just waiting for me to come get the order. I rep**** and told him that I am on my way. I arrived at the front of my office building and there was no driver, no food. I walked to the back of the building, messaged the driver again to ask him if he is at the back of the building, which he never rep**** to, got to the back and there was no one there either. i then receive a message with a picture advising that the driver has left the order on the pavement and the order status changes to delivered. I have not received any order as of yet and now Uber Eats is not contacting me to assist with the matter. The service is UNACCEPTABLE and I want my money to be refunded. I placed the order at KFC Oakdale and the uber drivers name is Nathanael.
