Uber Eats pathetic service !!

Dear Uber Eats

As a regular user of your app, I am deeply disappointed with the service I received today. I had ordered a meal from Kauai using your services, not only did it take longer than a hour and a half for my meal to be delivered but it arrived cold and misshapen. This is unacceptable as I was not able to enjoy my meal even though I had already paid for the service. Should you not have a driver to deliver meals cumstomers should be informed before ordering their meals.
