Uber Eats - Pathetic

Placed order. Order time got delayed by an hour for a restaurant that is literally 1.2km away. Call their customer care. No answer. Next thing the driver calls me to say that his app isn't working and can I confirm the order. I do so and another hour passes still no food. Check my app and they say they cancelled my order because their driver couldn't find my address. But he has collected the food from the restaurant when I called them? If he called me earlier why couldn't he call again? Pathetic. Now I have to organise food for my family at this hour due to pathetic service. Would rate 0 stars if I could
