Uber Eats - Paid for pizza I never received

I ordered a pizza from Panarottis Kenilworth centre via Uber Eats. I get a message from driver that's he's outside but he was not. I responded to message with my address and telling him I don't see him. Uber sends a pic where it was delivered but its not my house. This is the 2nd time this happened to me. I paid R170 for a pizza I never received. I'm sick of this.
