Uber eats paid but not delivered

Ordered Rico Mammas late on 2 Dec.

My son and I waited. Driver called and said he was at gate. We were at gate waiting for 45 minutes.

Son checked app and it said delivered. Pity was not delivered to me.

Called Roco Mammas and they gave number I could call. Of course no answer.

My son left message on app. Uber called the next day and said follow instructions on app. We checked and complaint was liidted.

Today is 16 Dec and app says case closed. I wznt my refunfmd as food was not delivered.

It 8s clear no crefit check is fond on drivers and they have free reign.

Seems last order of the evening is their supper and they just move on to next rakd away and I pay.

I say again, I want my refund
