Uber eats over charge on card payments

I’m so disgusted I don’t even intend on giving even 1 star I placed an order on 1/07/2021 and my items came to R198.76 and realized that i was charged R308.83 on my card I contacted support and I haven’t received my funds back 9 days later and this is not the first incident I also placed an order at Mcdonald and there were missing items when i informed them they gave me a credit of R6 i mean what the hell those missing items were worth way more then R6 their customer care isn’t helpful at all you have to take what they give you and they close your complaint without finding out if you’re fully satisfied and that’s not lawful I’m utterly disgusted by their behavior towards customers.
