Uber eats order paid for but not delivered

Ordered food on the 3rd January 2026.The driver never came but on the app it says delivery was successful.I immediately notified Uber eats but because it was after 9pm I got the response the next day that they conducted investigation and that the driver left food in a safe place.I stay in a complex and security confirms same day that no Uber delivery came that time of the night.I asked Uber eats proof of this Soo called investigation but to date none has been provided.That driver didn't show up to deliver my food and I was charged and Uber eats instead of taking responsibility and accountability for their drivers are hiding behind none existing investigation they did. I'm raring Uber eats 1star if I could I was going to make it a zero star they do not care of the customer complaints.Do not use Uber eats I repeat do not use Uber eats they have dropped their standard
