UBER EATS ORDER NOT RECEIVED

I ordered kfc from KFC Yarona in Kaalfontein and I never received it, it kept saying the driver is on the way, the next thing it says the driver by the name of Fortune is 2minutes away, I'm outside the gate at that time, within a minute I see it says order delivered, I text him he says it he left it at the boom gate with the security guards, to my Suprise I stay next to the security guard windy house, I would have seen him, worse part of all there was no one at the gate and the security guard house was locked

have requested a picture of my order being delivered or left with the security guard
