Uber eats order not received

I order food and by mistake put in the wrong adress after seeing what i cat do it came up that i can contact the driver, the driver was ignoring me most of the time after contacting customer support they only say the driver tried contacting me and couldn't get ahold of me while i was actually the one who couldn't get ahold of him, also saying he placed my order in a secure place after him sending me a picture of him holding my order in his hand, they just blame me and doesn't want to pay my money back for service i did not receive
