Uber eats order not delivered but marked on the app as delivered

The driver named Johnson selected that my order was delivered yet I did not recieve it. I tried finding out whats happening and I have no way of finding him or what happened to my order now to top it all off my refund will take 3 to 10 days before I recieve it.so im left with no food plus a refund that wont be made promptly. Im very dissapointed and doubt I will ever use the app to order anything else
