UBER EATS ORDER NEVER ARRIVED AND I WAS NOT GIVEN A REFUND 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I placed an order for food on the Uber Eats app and the food never arrived because the driver did not follow delivery instructions. He wanted me to meet him in the street and not come into my building, I was still working and I used the app for convenience to get my food delivered to my doorstep. He left when I told him I am unable to come downstairs. He did not even come into my building, because when I called security to ask if they can keep my food until i can come downstairs to collect, they advised that the driver did not even come into the building. Uber eats does not want to refund me and said the driver followed their policy and waited the required amount of time before marking the order as complete. He did not follow delivery instructions. Why do I have to go and meet him in the street at night? I ordered from the app for convenience as i was still working. My delivery instructions was not to meet him in the street. I logged a query for refund and they are not responding. There is no Customer care number to call either. Uber eats' Customer service sucks!!!!!!!
