Uber eats order Neva arrived

I ordered a cake work R622 on Uber east from chateau Uber eats delivery driver Neva called me he apparently waited outside but did not call he then marked my order as completed on the app but Neva delivered my order and Uber east support team says I’m not eligible for a refund R622 a international brand like Uber allowing the driver to ******* people making a honest living this is absolutely absurd and to top it all off I spoke to the store I ordered the cake from apparently this happens a lot and Uber is doing absolutely nothing I lose R622 and the say at the end of there reply thank you for understanding this is not Europe where people are honest your drivers are ********s in SA
