Uber eats order E7E0C never arrived

I placed an order and the order never arrived. I noticed on the app my order said it was delivered I then tried to call the delivery guy but the calls were rejected.I logged a complaint on the app requesting my refund and I received a message saying I won’t get the refund as the guy tried to call me which is false.
