Uber eats Order ****** by driver

I had a horrible experience with Uber Eats today. The driver (Sipho Milanzi)never arrived at my location despite me waiting and calling him multiple times. Every time I called, he claimed to be “on his way,” but after waiting far longer than necessary, it became clear he had no intention of delivering my order. Eventually, he stopped responding, and my order was marked as delivered—even though I never received it.

It’s completely unacceptable that Uber Eats allows drivers to ***** orders with no consequences. I contacted customer support, but the response was slow and unhelpful. I expected better service and accountability. I will seriously reconsider using Uber Eats again after this experience.

Would not recommend if you actually want your food to arrive!
