Uber Eats offers bad services, won't ever recommend it. Use other delivery services

Uber eats made me pay for food that I did not receive I do not recommend them to anyone with their flawed policy, they supposed to state it where we can see it that once the driver doesn't reach you we take your food, they supposed to return your food back to the restaurant because their services is to only deliver, they can keep the delivery cost but what about the food I paid for that I did not receive. I want my money back.
