UBER EATS NOT TO BE TRUSTED

I am fuming. I ordered food through Uber Eats and tracked the food periodically. I then see money coming out of my account and the App showing my food as being delivered. I have spent a good hour on the APP reporting the issue and i keep getting told to go to a different part of the App to report the issue. Absolutely no one at Uber Eats has contacted me to explain this situation and i have not received my food our money.
