Uber Eats not refunding *****ulent credit card purchases

I had 8 *****ulent Uber Eats transactions processed on my company Credit Card in August 2023. I contacted Uber Eats Online Support,but zero help.

I always get the message below everytime after I send them several emails with my bank statement,card details etc
